MYCO Suite 4.0: The business manager becomes the network administrator


In many or all large companies there are people empowered to help you out in setting up your IT environment. Those people make sure that all people can see the correct information. This means, not too much and not too less information. Those people are called IT or network administrators.

Now, we have made this much easier for you as owner of your MYCO Suite account. We have empowered you: "the business manager" to be able to check and help your employees. After you "add new employees", you can easily check if their environment is setup correctly. This way you have the extra confirmation that your employees see the correct information. For example: some employees should not see your financial information. Or they should only see their own leads and projects.

How to:

Step 1. In the actions column you can now see a little eye icon. Click it and you will jump to the environment of your employee.

Step 2. After you have checked the privileges you can click the link in the header to return to your own environment where you can update the privilege settings of the emploee if necessary.

As you can see above, jack is now checking Carey's settings. Making sure no confidential information is revealed to her. Another benefit is that Jack can help Carey by remote login, the moment she needs help or advice.
