MYCO Suite 4.0: One central tasklist for multiple modules
Another new feature is that we have integrated tasks from various modules in the central tasklist. The tasklist in your MYCO Suite dashboard is the place where tasks from the Sales module, Project management module and general tasks come together.
How to use the tasklist:
In the project management module you work on projects. These could be projects of implementing a new system, Setting up an event or campaign. All tasks assigned in these projects will also appear in the user his/her dashboard for quick access.
On Leads and opportunities. The moment you have talked with a new potential customer you will have some actions that have to be executed by you or by others in your company. The account manager / Sales person can set tasks to colleagues and manage a "checklist" of actions to close the deal.
Then there are also tasks that are not connected to Sales, or Projects. These can be manually added in the task overview as well. The tasks are also pushed to the soon to be released iPhone app.
The great thing about working on tasks is that you can write your time to the tasks by using time categories (your timesheet will be updated). This will be handy the moment you need to invoice your customer or in case you like to do a analysis of the time spent in your company.
